Rev. Sharon Renae
Board Member
Rev. Sharon believes life is meant to be lived—and spirituality is meant to be experienced.
She is the Senior Minister of Unity Spiritual Center Pflugerville, founder and Spiritual Leader of Spiritually Centered, an approved Unity Spiritual Community serving people online, and serves as a minister of record. With more than 50 years as a student and servant of Unity, Sharon is passionate about helping people discover the Divine Presence within and apply spiritual principles in practical, meaningful, and sometimes delightfully unexpected ways.
-
In 2004, Sharon founded The Light Spiritual Education Ministries, which later evolved into Spiritually Centered. Through online worship services, classes, and Metaphysical Bible discussions, she has created a welcoming community where people feel safe to explore spiritual ideas, ask questions without judgment, and discover that faith grows through curiosity as much as certainty.
Although Sharon has been connected with Unity for most of her life, her call to ordained ministry came in August 2019. She began serving under Unity’s Special Dispensation program at Tyler Unity Center in February 2020 and was ordained in 2022. Today, she joyfully serves both a local congregation and an online spiritual community, believing there are countless ways to share Unity’s message of hope and transformation.
Sharon especially enjoys teaching Metaphysical Bible interpretation and prosperity as a spiritual principle, helping others discover that God is the true Source and Supply of every good in life. For more than 38 years, she has also served as a professional intuitive medium, accompanying individuals and families through life's transitions with compassion, encouragement, and hope.
Before entering full-time ministry, Sharon’s professional life included executive administration, entrepreneurship, publishing, and owning a metaphysical bookstore. Those experiences continue to serve her well as she blends practical leadership with heartfelt ministry.
Whether she’s teaching, mentoring, creating, or simply sharing a conversation over a meal, Sharon believes the spiritual journey should be authentic, joyful, and deeply lived. She is honored to serve on the Unity South Central Region board and looks forward to supporting, encouraging, and celebrating the ministries and people who make our region such a vibrant expression of Unity.
