Participants should be mature, responsible, self-disciplined teens. All participants must be able to honor heart agreements function in a group setting, and MUST attend the entire event from Check-in thru Closing Ceremony. -
A minimum of one sponsor/adult who is at least 25 years old from your church must travel and stay on-site with your group for the entire event. It is highly recommended by USCR and Church Mutual Insurance Company that two adults accompany groups while traveling.
Junior Sponsors ages 21 to 24 may attend, but may not be the lead chaperone for the chapter and may not drive to/from the event.
Sponsors and other adults involved in YFM who do not have any YOUers going to the rally are also invited to attend.
Co-ed leadership is REQUESTED for co-ed groups. This helps with housing and provides co-ed support from your local church for your YOUers. Male leadership is especially needed.
Background checks: For the safety of our youth and in compliance with the guidelines of Unity Communities & Leaders, a National Criminal Background Check must be held on file at the church for all adults attending region al and national events. (Inexpensive background checks can be obtained through www.churchmutual.com.)

Rose Griesmeyer
Unity Spiritual Center Albuquerque, NM
Hi! My name is Rose Griesmeyer, and I’m from New Mexico, in the South Central Region. I’ve been attending Unity Church since I was six years old, and it has been a constant, grounding presence throughout my life. Unity is where I’ve always felt supported, accepted, and encouraged to grow into my authentic self. I’m currently a junior in high school, and Unity has played a huge role in shaping who I am today.
After attending my first YOU rally, I left feeling deeply inspired, connected, and changed in the best way. The love and openness I experienced made me want to give back to the community that has given me so much. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a Regi and to help create a space where others can feel the same belonging, growth, and unconditional love that Unity and rally have given me.
Emilio Ramirez
Unity of San Antonio, TX
Hello, I’m Emilio! I am from the Unity of San Antonio, Texas, in the South Central Region. I am in the class of 2026. I found Unity when I was just 13 years old and ever since then it has had the biggest and most wonderful impact on my life. I am so grateful for the friends I have met, the family I see every Sunday, and the spiritual understanding and kindness that has helped me through every day in life.
Attending my first YOU rally in June of 2023, I felt deeply connected. For the first time, I felt as if I had been welcomed somewhere with open arms. The welcomeness and love I experienced was like no other, and I am extremely grateful to have experienced it as well as this opportunity. I have the goal as a regional officer to be as welcoming and to make people feel loved as I did. To show others a place of personal belonging, spirit, and growth.
