Board Appointments—Revs. Renae & Woods

The board is excited to share the appointments of Rev. Sharon Renae and Rev. Leslie Woods, who have stepped in to fill our recent vacancies.
Rev. Sharon is the senior minister of Unity Spiritual Center Pflugerville, founder and spiritual leader of Spiritually Centered, an approved Unity spiritual community serving people online, and serves as a minister of record. With more than 50 years as a student and servant of Unity, Sharon is passionate about helping people discover the Divine Presence within and apply spiritual principles in practical, meaningful, and sometimes delightfully unexpected ways. She is honored to serve on the Unity South Central Region board and looks forward to supporting, encouraging, and celebrating the ministries and people who make our region such a vibrant expression of Unity.
Rev. Leslie has served as senior minister of Unity Church Austin since 2024. She has experience in Youth & Family Ministry for over 30 years. Leslie was speaker of her class, graduating from Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute in 2025. She served on the Unity Ministers Student Association Board as secretary. She also served on the YFM Curriculum Project contributing to the curriculum on Diversity. She is honored to serve the USCR board, and brings to it a commitment to both faithful stewardship of Unity’s tradition and the innovation needed to carry it forward.
