Remembering Linda Gillispie, LUT

With deep love and gratitude, we share that our dear Linda Gillispie, LUT, made her transition on Monday, May 25, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Linda touched countless lives through her wisdom, compassion, and faithful service. Her loving presence, gentle spirit, and unwavering dedication to the Unity movement will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

Linda began her Unity journey at Unity of Phoenix in the 1970s. After moving to Austin in 1980, she continued her spiritual studies at Unity in Austin, where she became a Licensed Unity Teacher. She also trained under Leilani Burk as a Prayer Chaplain Trainer, deepening her commitment to prayer and sacred service.

After moving to New Braunfels, Linda became an active and beloved presence in every area of ministry. She faithfully served as Bookstore Manager, leader of the Prayer Chaplains, Licensed Unity Teacher, frequent Sunday speaker, teacher, and devoted servant of Unity communities throughout the Hill Country. Through her compassionate heart, spiritual wisdom, and willingness to serve wherever needed, Linda became a source of comfort, encouragement, and inspiration to many.

Linda’s life was a beautiful expression of faith in action. She leaves behind a legacy of love, prayer, kindness, and spiritual devotion that will continue to bless all who knew her.
